"You should definitely call your BFF up or sit her down to have a chat about your situation. Chances are, she has no idea that you're feeling like this -- so she won't know that there's even a problem between you two and will go on acting the way she has been. If you tell her what she's doing and how it makes you feel, she'll understand what you're going through. Once you talk it out, you two should be able to work things out -- after all, she is your BFF! Maybe you could organize a hangout with just the two of you, like a sleepover or a movie night at home or even go to the movies and watch the latest flick you're both dying to see! Do something fun! You'll be back in bonding mode in no time!"

My BF broke up with me for the 3rd time and wants to be "just friends" -- and he even got his parents involved in our break-up! But I want us back together! How can I get him to change his mind so that I can stop myself from crying?!

And M Girl's answer is:
"I know how much getting your heart broken hurts -- TRUST me! But what I've learned along the way is that at the end of the day, you can't change how someone feels. I've done my fair share of getting my ex back into my life, but in the end I realized that I was the one making him like me again instead of him liking me by choice. And you know what? I realized that I don't want to be with a guy who doesn't want me in their life! Psst! There are plenty of guys who will appreciate you for who you are -- and they won't want to spend one minute away from you! Another thing I learned is that if things haven't been working out time and time again, they might not work out again in the future. But this is all stuff that you have to learn for yourself. As far as his parents are concerned, I think you need to talk to your BF in private. Let him know what's bothering you and that he hurt your feelings. The best thing to do is to talk it through rather than argue. If you talk it out, you may realize what you both want by listening to each other. The break-up may be easier on the both of you in the end, or you could decide to give it another shot. But you won't know any of that until you talk it out -- so give it a shot!

I really like this guy I've known since Kindergarten but he has a girlfriend now. I know that he's taken, but he told me that if he didn't have a GF, he'd date me! Now I feel awful because I really like him and get speechless every time I see him! What do I do?

"Ok, this guy definitely values your friendship and doesn't want you to feel bad about the fact that he has a girlfriend. I know it totally stinks that if it wasn't for this girl, you'd be his #1, but you have to respect the fact that she is the girl in his life right now. That totally might change, or she may be sticking around for a while. The most important thing for you to do is stick by his side as a friend. Let him know that you're always around if he ever needs anything or wants to talk and hang out -- as a friend! If things build up to something more later on, then that's great! Just be patient and see what the future has in store for you guys. But for right now, be his buddy. I'm sure he loves having you in his life in any way he can!"
