Demi Lovato is well known for changing up her hair on the regs -- and she's at it again! Dem just revealed her brand new blonde bangs and they look fab. She tweeted this pic and wrote: "Guess what's back, back, back, back again.... BANGS are back tell your friends!" Aw, Demi looks SO adorable!
