I'm a singer and I'm really interested in following my dreams and becoming a famous singer and actress! Any tips?

And Zac's answer is:
"I think a lot of the reasons kids don't know how to approach the next step is because it involves a risk. You definitely have to go out of your comfort zone to achieve something great. And that's the toughest thing, I think, about growing up. Breaking that comfort zone. You can go to school everyday and play video games after school or whatever, but if you don't take the extra step and do the extra work toward your goals, you'll never reach them. So my advice is to do something risky. Try and do something everyday that takes you out of your comfort zone!"

This week is the start of our BRAND NEW celeb advice column on mmm-mag.com. Each day at 8:00 PM/EST we'll post a reader question and have a different star answer it!! Today, we have Zac Efron talking bullies!

M Reader Jackie23 asks:
There's a girl in my class that keeps bugging me and bullying me. I tried telling someone but that just made it worse! So I tried avoiding her but she keeps following me! And if I say something mean to her, she'll turn all the girls against me! What do I do?

And Zac's answer is:
"I really feel for the kids that have consistent bullies. I can't understand it. I think the best thing you can do is try and level with the kids who are doing that. Maybe come to an understanding. It's so much easier said than done, but come up with a game plan. Spend an hour thinking about it after school and you'll usually figure it out."

Ugh, bullies are the worst! But Zac is right, Jackie23. Think really hard about a good way to approach this mean girl. Obviously being mean back doesn't work, so try finding something you may have in common to talk about (like your love mutual of Twilight) and go from there. Good luck!

Hey M girls!

First Selena, and now Zac! This hawtie recently ditched his signature long, side-swept bangs for a choppier 'do (but he's still rocking the plaid shirt!). The new haircut adds some edge to his look, and we love it! Do you agree?

Woo hoo -- Zac Efron is back on the big screen with his hit flick, 17 Again, hitting theaters TONIGHT! The M Editors got to (luckily!) watch the flick already and we were total fans -- we fell in love with Zac more and have a new hawtie to swoon over -- Sterling Knight!
