We've been obsessing over Frenemies since it came out last Friday, and now we absolutely cannot wait to see the next Disney Channel Original Movie, Radio Rebel starring Jessie's Debby Ryan!

The film is based on the novel Shrinking Violet by Danielle Joseph, and it tells the story of a high school girl who lives a double life as a popular radio DJ -- too cool!

Looks like Debby had tons of fun on the movie set! Here's a video of Deb rapping -- we love this new side of her!

This just in -- Debby Ryan has a new crush: One Direction's Niall! According to sources, Niall has a crush on Deb and even wants to meet up with her while he's in the US. PLus, the two recently have become Twitter friends!

While Deb hasn't said anything yet, we'll keep you updated if the two hang out soon!

It's almost time to kiss 2011 goodbye forever, but before we do, M is recapping all the stars and stories that made the last 12 months memorable! Every day in December, we'll ask YOU to vote on the Best of the Year -- from movies, music, fashion trends and more.

Today's topic is "Best New TV Show" and we had a hard time narrowing it down! If we had to pick though, our two faves are def Disney Channel's Jessie and MTV's Awkward. Why? Well, Jessie perfectly captures the craziness that can surround a babysitting job. Plus, Debby Ryan is hilarious and adorable! As for Awkward, we had a blast watching Jenna (played by Ashley Rickards) handle everything from crushes to mean girls to parent probs.
