M's X Factor Recap!

Hey M Girls,

Week one of X Factor's Boot Camp is officially over, so of course we have to dish on all the performances and drama that went down! It was a tough week for all of the contestants, with two tasks that narrowed the group of 120 down to the final 24 that will make it to judges' houses. Check out our recap of the two days!

Task One:
For task one, each of the 120 constants performed a song of their choice in front of the judges... and their competition! Some of the singers totally impressed us, while others cracked under the pressure. Here are a few of our fave performances:

First up was Diamond White, who blew us away with her performance of "I Have Nothing"

Swoon-worthy boy band Emblem3 had Demi totally googley-eyed with their rendition of "Iris"

And finally, the competition got intense when CeCe Frey and Paige Thomas performed the same song. Whose performance did you like better?

Task one ended with half of the competition going home, including some of our favorites, like Rizzloe Jones and Trevor Moran. Where you upset to see anyone leave?

Task Two:
For task two, acts were paired together for a competitive duet of a song of their choice. The stakes were high for all of the contestants because this was the performance to decide whether or not they would go to judges' houses. Here are a few of our fave duets!

We Still can't believe Carly Rose Sonenclar and Beatrice Miller are both only 13! Their performance of "Pumped Up Kicks" was so cool!

Brandon Hasan and Reed Deming's performance was so passionate, we can see them making it all the way to the end!

Um, how cute are Arin Ray and Normani Hamilton together? Their version of "What Makes You Beautiful" was totally adorbs!

We won't find out 'til next week who made it through to judge's house, but we're totally glad we're not in LA, Britney, Demi, and Simon's position -- we could never pick just 24! Check back next week for our X Factor recap!

So let's dish!
Who are you hoping makes it through to the next round? Whose performance impressed you the most?
