M's X Factor Recap!

Hey M Girls,

Yet another great week of X Factor has gone by, and we officially have our top 24! It was a difficult decision for the judges -- even Simon looked like he was about to tear up!

After the top 24 were decided, they were split into smaller sections, each with a different judge becoming a mentor. The groups were then sent to the judges' houses to audition in front of them, and a guest mentor. Check out our weekly recap to see who got which group, and how the auditions for live shows went:

Day One:

Day one was dedicated to the Young Adults, and the Groups. Much to her excitement, Demi Lovato was paired with the Young Adults -- so perf, because that's the group she'd belong to! Who better to help Demi pick her final four than her pal, cutie Nick Jonas?! Check out this video of them surprising the young adults group:

There were some great auditions, but our fave was def Jillian Jensen's version of "Gravity," what did you think? :

Demi for sure has a hard choice to make, as all six of the auditions were great! Who do you think will make it through?

Next up was Simon Cowell and the groups! Simon def knows a thing or two about putting together groups -- hello One Direction! So it was no surprise that he put together three new groups out of solo contestants!

We were totally expecting Emblem3 to impress Simon, and his guest mentor Marc Anthony, but after a bit of a mess up, Simon was a little disappointed. We were most surprised by newly formed boy band Playback, they're so cute!

Day Two:

Day two was not a good day for LA Reid! The man who discovered Justin Bieber (who also happened to be his guest mentor) was not happy to get the Over 25s group. If there's anyone that could help, it's J. Biebers and his manager Scooter Braun!

The stand-out performance for us was David Correy's performance of "Domino," and JB agrees, he said "I think he could go far." Check it out! :

Finally, Britney Spears was happy to get the Teens group--and they were happy to have her! Along with her guest mentor, Will. I. Am, Brit will have the tough decision of narrowing her six down to four. We predict that the X Factor winner just may be from this group! It was tough to pick a fave, but check out Carly Rose Sonenclar's stunning performance of "Brokenhearted" :

Well, that raps up another great week of X Factor performances! Check back later this week to find out who makes it to the lives shows.

Let's Dish:
-Who are your favorite performers? Do you like the new groups the judges created? Who do you hope makes it live shows?
