A couple of weeks ago, it was announced that Demi Lovato and Britney Spears were the new judges on "X Factor". Well, now it's time for them to begin working! Demi has been tweeting up a storm about her new gig, and announced that today is her very first day on the show!
Even though it's her first day and she must be a little nervous, Demi's really excited because the first auditions are where she calls home!
