Over the weekend, Ms. Cyrus stirred up lots of rumors by stepping out with a very shiny ring on her finger! Many fans started to wonder if Miley's long term BF, Liam Hemsworth had popped the question.
Last night, Mi took to Twitter to clear up any confusion. She tweeted: I'm not engaged. I've worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to talk about! It's a topaz people! Looks like the adorable duo isn't walking down the aisle any time soon!
