Joe Jonas and a couple of his friends (including Ryan Rottman -- Victoria Justice's boyfriend!!) decided to pull a prank on a shopper in a video they call, "Your Friends Will Never Believe You!" Joe surprises the girl by giving her money, and then the store thinks the girl stole the cash from their register! Check out the funny vid below!
