We are loving the final Harry Potter movie and it seems we're not the only ones! HP has been shattering all kinds of records this weekend.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 now holds the record for the biggest first day and biggest opening weekend. According to studio estimates, HP made $92.1 million on Friday in North America alone. The weekend total is estimated to be $168.5 million. Wow! This record surpassed The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 3 and pushed the franchise past the $2 billion dollar mark.
