Looks like J-Biebs can add a new member to his celeb fan club! Over the weekend JB ran into none other than Kanye West and the two totally hit it off. After their meeting, Kanye tweeted Justin:

When Justin saw Kanye's tweet, he replied:

Then Kanye tweeted back:
An[d] I'm honored that you like my Music @JustinBieber!!! You gotta hear the album. Maybe we can do something together
