M Reader olivialillyemma asked:
I can't go to a friend's 13th b-day party and she is really mad at me. She even cried over it! What do I do?!

And M Girl's answer is:
"You should sit her down and tell her that you really wanted to go and you wish you could! But that you can't and you don't want her to be upset about it. She'll eventually understand -- you just need to explain why you can't go. Tell her that you were really looking forward to it, and are as bummed out as she is that you'll be missing it. Be open and honest with her. She'll definitely understand when she cools off. She just really wanted you to be there and isn't understanding that it's out of your hands. But that's why it's best to talk things out with her!"
