My friend and I like the same guy -- he's sweet, friendly, funny, and cute! The thing is, she doesn't know that I like him. What should I do?
And M Girl's answer is:
"You need to be totally honest with your friend. Tell her that you have the same feelings she does for the same guy, but that you don't want it to affect your friendship -- which is why you're telling her this in the first place! She may be disappointed that her BFF is now her competition, but she shouldn't be mad at you (nor should you be competing for a guy!). At the end of the day, you two should talk it out and compromise a conclusion. If your friendship is truly BFF status, you won't let one guy break you guys up!"

this happened to me too except my friend decided to go out with him despite the fact that it crushed me. im trying to forgive her... but its hard when a friend does something like that. And the worst part is that she knew i liked him but she did it anyway. ARGH! i hate drama :(
That happened to me but i liked the guy first and new him first but we asked him who he liked and it turned out it was neither so it all worked out fine for me.
