So, Justin Bieber has been all over the UK doing some promoting and we've got a video of him performing his new single "Baby" and his hit "One Time" outside Buckingham Palace! Check out the vid and tell us what you would've done if you saw J-Biebs sitting outside the Palace as you walked by while on a vacation with your family!

LOL, i would have freaked out! i would have been so happy and i would have stood there the whole time listening. then i would have clapped my hands, told him he did a wonderful job, and see if i get a hug and autograph and pic with him. i dont live anywhere near the UK soooo.........:(
if i saw justin bieber sitting and singing i would have acted as natural as possiable and said "hey justin! Im a huge fan! can u plz sighn my cell!?" i baclu would just act soooo natural and like it was my friend and i would have probly sat down next 2 him if he didnt mind! so i would have acted cool and just taken like 5 pic's of him with me if he didnt mind!!!!!!!!!!
