Meaghen's light skin is a bit to bright, but AnnaLynne's bag throws the whole look off, so i have to say niether wore it best, but the both do look nice.

I would have to say Meaghan because her light blonde locks go with her & the dress & the necklace fits the dress & her. Also I think you need a open teeth smile for this dress because it lightens up the whole outfit. AnnaLynne shouldve done something with her hair & the bag doesnt match at all. Plus: She shouldve worn a necklace.

AnnaLynne's big bag kind of throws off the whole look, but a simple necklace like Meaghan's will make it look nicer.
Meaghan's looks better because her skin color brings out the dress and her heels are casual
AnnaLynne McCord looks better because of her darker skin, it doesnt make the dress pop out too much and the purse pulls the whole outfit together.
i like Meghan more in the dress and her neckless goes great with the outfit and AnnaLynne's purse is just way to much and it dosent match at all. :D

meghan deffenately cuz she has few gold accesories to dress up the dress and make the bold shade of blue pop (which btw looks fab) and it looks perfect for a gno where annalynne has a nuede color of white which clashes with her bold purple handbag and bright blue dress.
Megan's shoes and necklace look better with the dress, and Annalynnes's purse makes it kinda clash... Sorry Annalynne!

M's neckace and shoes go much better with the strapless blue dress plus the dress makes her straight her shine and look more nice. 90210's AnnaLynne's red bag and shoes make it look like she's trying way to hard to make the outfit cute and that hair OMG! Her hair looks awful with that dress! She should of been smart and just wore matching shoes and a necklace just like Meaghen!

I think that Meaghen wore it much better. Her necklace matches the purse perfectly. While AnnaLynne's bag does not work with the dress.

i think Meaghan looks great in the dress her light skin makes the dress look like a bright blue! while Anna lynne's big and over powerin non-matchin accesories make the dress look to busy!

ok...i kind of agree with everybodie's thought and opinions and i can see that most people have said meghan!!!!! well i think they both look good but i think that tubes dont go so well with Annalynne..i mean her body doesn't have that shape..halters wud be better for her!!! i loooooove her shoes and her bag is really nice too but both of that plus the tube....NOOO!!! but meghan really hits it off really well..she is not overdone it but at the same time she has worn jewelry and looked pretty good!!! BUT if not for the style i think Annalyne looks much better if judged by the face...meghan is tooo EEEEEEEEEEE..like too smileeeyy in this pic!! annalynne is giving a more elegant, sheek and at the same time a sexy look :)
