My best freind told my crush that I like him in front of the whole grade! And she's spreading rumors about me now! What do I do?

And Heidi's answer is:
"When rumors start getting spread like that you have to remember to just always be your own person. Be really strong and go with the flow. If you're starting to witness peer pressure among your friends, then just know that you're the stronger person. And doing that now will make it easier for you later on in life! Cliques are for high school, but what about after? Always focus on yourself and do what you want to do!"
