There are these girls who won't stop spreading nasty rumors about me. I've asked them to stop like a million times, but they won't. They think it's hilarious. They even made my best friend hate me! I don't know how to make them stop. I've even tried telling teachers but they don't do anything. What do I do?
And Brenda's answer is:
"Rumors in school are so hard because those are your peers. You just have to stay true to yourself and know that the people who do love and care for you should know you enough not to believe rumors. That's something that's really important. That's how you can point out your true friends from fake friends. If something is said about you and your friends are like 'Oh, I don't want to hang out with you anymore,' then they aren't your true friends. If they knew you well enough and really cared about you for who you are, they wouldn't believe any of the rumors they hear. That's something that is really important -- to surround yourself with people that would take your word over anybody else's. So, just stay true to yourself!"

YAY FIRST COMMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!okay i have this huge crush on a guy thats in all of my classes except homeroom and seems very talkitive with me lately, not to metion glancing at me in eighth period and my bff thats younger than me but is matured like me says that he likes me and that i deserve him and she encourages me but my bff thats my age just says i drive her crazy with all of this stuff and she complains "you and your boys" even though ive only been in one relationship that was highly unsuccessful, what should i do and how do i find out if he really likes me without ebarrassing myself???

I've never had a boyfriend and I haven't gotten my first kiss yet. I'm in 8th grade and i turned 13 this year. ALL my friends have had their first kiss and they already know how to make out. I know it sounds extremely awkward but i just feel sad because no boy has ever liked me that i know and all the boys i have ever liked think of me as just friends. And then when i do get my first kiss with the right guy i don't know what to do and I don't want to make a fool of myself. What should I do? Thank you to anyone who answers. =D
