Definetly Brenda Song. First of all her shoes make that dress pop. While Amanda Bynes blends to mush and makes her look fat wich i'm not saying she is. She has a gorgeous figure, but it makes her look fatter. I'm sorry but I have to say the truth.
brenda song. he shoes go better with the dress. and amanda doesnt look too happy wearing that dress (idk if she is or not, or what you think, thats just what i think) so u look better in something when you're happier wearing it

Brenda Song because of her dark hair and cute accessories. Amanda's light skin and gladiator sandals don't compliment the outfit.

Brenda.. I'm on my iPod and the pics were really small so at first I thought that Amanda was Chelsea staub so I was gonna vote for her even tho Brenda looks better because I love Chelsea... She's very pretty and she's an amazing actress . I think she deserves her own show... More than Demi or Miley do.. Even tho I love Demi and Miley..... Chelsea is a much better actress than them... Haha I love ya cheslea!!!!

I'm going to have to say Brenda, although Amanda looks beautiful in the dress, too. Brenda's shoes are more simple, don't compete with the dress, and it fits her better.

It looks better on brenda because the waist band is actually on her waist while the waist band on amandas dress is more on her hips. plus it makes amanda look too boxy! ps has anyone noticed that brenda is almost always on the who wore it better thing? she wears the same clothes as people alot, just saying lol...:)

I think Amanda wore it better because the dress is kind of Boho Chic and the shoes go great with that type of fashion thier more of a natural color, and Brenda does look great but I think the shoes are just to clunky and the black color doesn't really go with the dress like Amanda's does.

Probably brenda's because it its her better and the shoes make it pop more. Amanda' is too big and the shoes are too strappy! But i have 2 say that brenda's smile is kinda weird here...
