Def. Brenda, that dress is meant to show off your curvy figure, and I am sorry but Megan just doesn't have the curves to fill that dress. I also think that it looks better with a darker skin tone like Brenda's.

Hmm... this is hard. I'd have to say Brenda wore it better it fits her better, but I dont like the white shoes with the black it's to bright. The white shoes clash with the dress. If brenda would have wore megan's shoes she would have rocked the outfit a 100%.

And the longer dress makes her look taller whiley meaghans dress looks way big on her and the extra, colorful bracelets and her colorful hair make the dress look clashed.
