What would get a guy's attention? Looks and clothes? Personality and popularity?

And Drew's answer is:
"Self-confidence. That's the absolute most important thing because everything comes out of that. I'd say humor is also a great quality. It's fun to be able to laugh with somebody, but at the end of the day it all comes from confidence. If you're secure with who you are, it's so much easier to connect with somebody."
