In New Moon, we'll get to see a little bit more of Jasper's background as a Civil War veteran, Jackson reveals. But Jackson is most excited for Eclipse, where his character really gets deeper. He spills to MTV: "I'm really excited to start filming Eclipse. I got a chance to read the script, and we get to go back into Jasper's backstory. They actually had to ask me about my equestrian experience -- I told them I can gallop and trot and all that. I used to ride. It's been two or three years since I've been on a horse, but I'm excited to get back up on the saddle!"

I think it will be very interesting. I mean its a part of the story. I would love to see Jasper's backround. I can't wait to see New Moon and Eclipse.
i like jasper and all that, but his story isnt rlly the most important part. it has 2 b there and stuff, but its not th emain focus or nything. i still wanna c how they decide to show his story. im excited 2 c rosalie's story 2. i think theyl look pretty cool.

Yea because in the other first two movies, he's the quiet person so its going to be fun watching him break out of his shell and show everyone.
I can't wait! This will be awesome. I know Jackson will make it really cool. Stephenie is an amazing and creative author. Anyone who thinks they're a Twilight fan but doesn't even like Jasper or Jackson are NOT a Twilight fan.

I luv all of the twilight characters. There amazing and nobody else can do a better job as anyone. Dakota I think you'll do great in new moon! :)
I read it and I can't wait to see what they do with that scene - it will be incredible! If you do not like jasper/jackson, you are NOT a true twlight fan. I, for one, LOVE him. Jasper/Jackson is A-MAZING!
