Well Honestly they both look great but Heidi ( the first one ) looks better.
her hair is pretty and heidi's dress looks brighter and there is more life to her dress and style.

Heidi looks better (on the left, the first one). Her dress is a richer color compared to Holly's, and she let the dress stand out and make a statement by itself. Holly's clunky jewelry takes away from the beauty of the dress.
