Piece of Cake

"I was at a birthday party for one of my new friends, and I didn't know a lot of the people there, so I wanted to make a good first impression. When it was time for cake, I offered to cut it and hand out slices to all of the guests. It was great to be able to meet each person that way! Everything was going fine until a tiny fly started getting near the food, and I def overreacted when I tried to swat at it... I ended up flinging one of the plates with cake on it already, and it landed right on the birthday girl! She was so upset!"
