Why does the cast love most about Vancouver? Michael Welch (Mike) spills: "Vancouver is one of my favorite cities, not only to film in but just to be in. I've shot a few different things over there over the past 10 years. I mean, Portland is great, there's some great poetry and a great bookstore up there, but Vancouver, there's just something about the way the city feels."
Let's dish:
-Are you happy that New Moon was filmed in Vancouver and not Portland, Oregon? Or do you think they should have stayed in the same spot?

I think it is fine where ever the do the movie at. I think New Moon will be good ether way. I just know that I'am going to cry at that part where Edward leaves Bella. But I know it will be lot better later in the movie. I'am going to go see New Moon when it cames out in November.
i am very interested in the casting for eclipse! when and where is it taking place?? i am working on the resume and have a headshot!

I was really bummed they arent filming here in portland because my dad owns the bookstore Mike welch is talking about and the cast came in alot and i got to meet them. i was so bummed when i found out they were filming in Vancouver. i like vancouver 2 but it would have been cool to see the cast again.
I love Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn! It doesn't really matter to me where they film it as long as the movies keep goin i'm fine then.
Like the 3rd comment said I'm interested in eclipse casting! How do you get the resume and the headshot???????
yeahh i really want to audition for eclipse but dont know where and i know its in august but whats the date????

I think that it doesnt matter where you shoot it. It's still going to be an amazing movie which everybody loves.
I really don't mind where they went but when i found out that New Moon was going to start fliming in March I thought they would stay in Portland, Oregon and i would of totally went to the set cause i live in Oregon, but whatever.
I don't care about it that much..
