We're noticing that lots of stars are wearing skirts, shirts and dresses on the red carpet with ruffles. We love this playful style -- it makes you look so flirty and fun! It's the perfect trend to wear on a summer date! What do you think?

OMG- Anna Maria looks AMAZING!! I like ruffled skirts and think they are cute, but wouldn't probably wear them.. not me. They are nice though and some people may be able to wear them. =)
yeah! no....i dont wear skirts at all and if i am its going to hav leggings under it. i dont like skirts and i definitly dont like that skirt. its really ugly!

i think it is ok. but i would only wear it to a speacial occasion or to a wedding or something like that. But not at school or out in public for no special reasion.
