Show Off Slip-Up

My friends and I love to play volleyball at our community center on the weekends. This one time, some cute boys from our school wanted to join in for a sesh! We split up into teams and I immediately started flirting with the tall new guy from out of state. Of course, trying to show off, I ran to save a ball headed out of bounds and failed to realize that the bleachers were open. I fell into the wooden steps and ended up bruising my ribs!! I couldn't breathe right or look my new crush in the eyes for three weeks because I was in so much pain and SOOO embarrassed!
