I think Tiffany wore it better because her curls and necklace make the dress look really pretty and her tan flatters the turquoise color.
Meaghan.Because because she has a few more accessories and that makes it look better she doesnt have to much she just has a simple purse and heels that criss cross heels and also a diomond necklace but Tiffany only has a bow necklace.Tiffany only needs a few more things.But I think Meghan wore it better.

Meaghan. This might sound crazy but my mom was pregnant and she went to this doctor (at the time we lived in Las Vegas, which most of you know where Meaghan M. is from) named Dr. Martin. It turned out to be Meaghan Martin's dad. How cool is that???!!!

Meagan's necklace and hair tone her dress down while Tiffany's bubbly curly hair and flahsy necklace create one big mess! Megans skin is soo pale and she is wearing heavy dark makeup. The dress is also so bold. So with pale skin, dark makeup and the dress being so bold, it makes meagan look like a corpse! With Tiffany's golden skin, she makes the dress stand out! and her necklace is soo cute!

Well acording to the results of this picture I'd say Meaghan looks better because she added more texture and she looks pretty nice and Tiffany's dress looks a little too fancy to be wearing out into the streets. Meaghan put more styles into her dress and Tiffeny's curly hair doesn't look too good with the dress and Meaghan added some cool acessories and it looks good with the straight hair and the mini purse that she was holding in her hand. I think a little tip for Tiffany is that she should straight her hair out like Meaghan's.
