Ever wonder how you can get a perfectly white smile like your fave celeb? Well, we're giving you the best tips on how to get your teeth whiter, without spending money on expensive teeth whitening procedures or kits at the store!
Tips for Whiter Teeth:
- Brush at least twice a day, and if you can, after every meal.
- Chew sugarless gum after eating. This helps prevent staining!
- Avoid carbonated drinks, like soda. They're highly acidic and only make your teeth look older! Eww!
- Don't bite your nails. You're also chipping away at your teeth!
- Drink through a straw to better avoid discoloring.
- Eat high-fiber foods such as apples, broccoli, lettuce and carrots. They act as exfoliates for your teeth, removing stains before they can set in!
- Don't smoke! DUH!
- Rub an orange peel directly on your teeth. It's a natural whitener!
- Drink lots of water! This rinses away any food and residue.
Remember: You won't see results right away, but keep at it and you'll go back to school with an irresistible smile!

I am excited because I am going to Middle School! I am the youngest in my family, so I am the last one to get out from elementary school! Oh, AND I hate being bored! UGHHGHGHGHGHGHGHHHGGGGHHHH!!!!
its exciting to see everyone again. its also exciting cause i get all new clothes and stuff before school starts, so its like a makeover. i'm gonna dye my hair and i'll be tanner cause in the summer you're outside like all the time lol.
im excited because im going into 7th grade so im not the youngest at my school anymore! oh and wat side of the orange peel do you use?
i am excited to go back to school because summer has been boring for me. And i feel like getting away from parents for 8 hours for 5 days a week. also , i need to get my friends phone numbers back , so i can text them. Also because im going into 7th grade!!!!

I am excited because its my first year in middle school. I'm a new sixth grader.It means, Lockers, No Recess, Bigger School, and Better Looking Guys. LOL

i do not want school to start at all! but its good that i'll be going into 10th grade and wont be the little freshman anymore...hahaha
well I brush my teeth 3 times a day and floss 2 times a day. my dentist told me that flossing is more important than brushing.
as for school, I am most excited to wear my new clothes because I saved up like 6 or 700 dollars and went on a shopping spree. also my birthday is in the summer so I got more clothes.
I am excited because people will see the new stylish me! :)

I'm exicted to be going back to school because:
1) I am bored all summer with no place to go but see my BFFL
2) I get to go back to school shopping which means I get to pick out my clothes :D
3) I'm going into the 6th grade, which means a little graduation at the end of the year
