well i think in twilight,new moon,eclipse,and breaking dawn kristen(a.k.a bella) is the #1 main person!! and robert(a.k.a edward) is the #2 main person!!! so i think that is why his codename is #2!!! and also i think taylors(a.k.a jacobs) code name is #3 cuz he is the #3 main person!!

I think it might be cause fans will scream too much or because maybe bella's #1 cause she's the main character, then robs the second important then it's prob taylor lautner etc. then their numbers get higher as the characters get less main and less important
