In the July issue of M (on stands now!), we talk about the latest style craze in Hollywood: shiny dresses! They're super-cute when you really wanna glam it up, but we think Fergie took this fad one step too far! The cut outs totally take away from her short sparkly dress, and make her show too much skin. #4. The shoes look AWESOME with the dress
Overall, this is an ok dress. She could do better.
