I don't really have a crush now. Most of the guys at my school are really immature an annoying. But there was this really cute guy in my math class who sadly didn't even know who i was. Anyways, I carhopped at Sonic today as a fundraiser (my dance school is going to the Capital One Bowl this winter). I only dropped 1 drink and spilled 1 drink! :-) I've been in dance every year since I was five, and the past two years my mom has danced in the adult class, lol. It's really not embarresing. UM well there is always the fact that you might go to a school where no one knows u (wich is what is going to happen to me) and the fact that maybe you best friend has grown out of you sense you go to a different school... there is the teacher may not like you sense some kids just don't have chemistry with some teachers ya know?! I was like you when I went to 6th grade (where I needed info about middle school). In my school, on the first day, nothing changes. The teachers start to go on and on about themselves, and they start saying like, "what's ur fave subject" and "what's ur fave thing to do" and all that. 6th grade is not really hard. All they do is just talk about themselves. On the second day of school, it's basically the same thing. Now the lockers...

they show u how to open ur locker... (no they don't demonstrate it on a locker), then they tell u where ur locker is and your combo. When you find your locker, try to open it. If you can't, ask for help. They are really nice and they will teach you how. Don't rush things, and if need help, ask for help. Don't try to figure it out on your own. NEVER! Hope this helps.

this year will be my freshmen year at high school. before i went to a catholic school and all my classmates came from all over the city and most live on the other side of town from me, meaning that i will be going to school pretty much alone. there will be a few of my old classmates going to the same school as me but the aren't the usual people that i hung out with before. my biggest fear of my first day is that i won't make new friends and that i'll spend my first high school lunch alone. i'm really shy and its hard for me to make new friends so i'm afraid that i'll spend most of my lunches alone.

The scarriest thing about the first day of school has to be when you have to find all your friends. Most of you have been separated all summer so when you come back to school its finding out where everyone else is in the lunch room instead of eating lunch. crazy first days :)

What I'm most nerveous about middle school is the teachers you never know if they like you or not.

I am one of those ppl who don't care bout what ppl think bout me so I go to school with confidence. I don't pay attention in class so I don't worry bout the teachers. I still get streight A's though. I am friends with mostly everybody so I don't have to worry bout them being in my classes. I just have to worry bout the ppl I don't get along with being in my classes. My school year is rather easy. No Prob at all. With the boys thing I am best friends with my crush and he moved and is now living in FL. I live in VA. So with school I don't have to worry bout anything other than the guys likein me. I always get the weird guys. :( So not funny!!!!!!!!!

I will be extra nervous because im going into middle school.And i hav gotta change class which i have never done,and last year i hung whith some of the popular kids in my class and the they trust me with there secrets.And last year i got all A's.And what if that happens and what if there are new people who starts romars about me say i told the girls secrets and start calling me a nerd and i have glasses which make matters worse.Also what if i have a mean teacher and have no classes with my friends.

Cas, changing classes 4 every period is not is not tht bad. Actually, it's pretty fun. You get to have new atmospheres around u which is actually healthy. if ppl start rumors about u, it doesnt matter. if ppl believe them; let them. U know they're not true and I'm sure ur friends would believe u 2. Having glasses is not bad at all. It makes ur eyesight better and actually, ppl r dying 2 have glasses including me. The most popular girl @ my skool has rly thick glasses and tht doesnt stop her from ruling the skool. if u have mean teachers, get on their good side. be nice 2 them and say hi everytime they come in. if u have no classes with ur friends, u will c them @ recess and u can make some new friends who r in ur classes. best of luck in middle school!

Heey guys sry about posting the same thing 5 times! Nisa, being happy aboout the 1st day of school is normal. Some advice: dont try 2 rush through summer. I did tht last year and I totally regretted it.

Mean teachers I had a mean teacher she was all nice to everyone but the rest of the year EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I just acted good my mom said it would work it did not soooooo......... I'm going to be in 9th grade and at my school, we kept the same class in 7th and 8th grade. Like my class was together for two years straight we really got to know each other and become friends [well, most of us. there's always the weird kids :)]. Next year, the four classes of 9th grade will all be mixed up, so I'm afraid I won't be in the same class with my BFF's. And that makes me REALLY nervous!

I get nervous the first day of school because of the new teachers and classes. at my school we have two lunchs and one of my friends always ends up in a different lunch and i'm always worried i'll get seprated from them. also getting in a seprate class with none of your friends in it. it makes me nervous!! and yet im still excited

Well I'm gonna be in the sixth grade at St. Micheals and I'm scared of who is gonna be in my class!!

I'm going to middle school. Which means more teachers, more classes, LOCKERS, and band.
I'm nervous about my teachers and forgeting were my classes are. And lockers, cuz if you loose ur combination or it gets stuck your doomed.
AND GETTING SHOVED INTO A LOCKER/TRASHCAN. and possibly ugly uniforms so i wont hav to worry about wat to were on the first day.

But on the bright side im a band geek and band is my first activity.

The things i get nervous about is not being able to get my locker com open and then being late for class. Also, not knowing any of the teachers and how hard the classes will be. Also, im going into the high school this year and i dont know my way around very well and there will be the sophmores, juniors and seniors!! Scary thought!

hmm...what i am nervous about.....i am nervous about not knowing where all my classes are and sitting alone at the lunch table...also going into the wrong class room at the wrong time and standing there like and idiot...but everything not so nervous about..

The thing I also hate is when you have friends and like your best friends and if you are not in the same class then that would suck because you could not see each other but if you have the same P.E. teacher then you could see each other for about 30 minutes or 1 hour.also skool shopping. I'm scared because I just moved from California to Texas and I'm entering middle school.I have no idea how to find my way around the biggest school I've ever seen.

I think the scariest thing about the first day of school is that you ahve no idea where your suposed to go, you don't know where your classes are you can't find your friends, your scared to dealth that its posible none of your friends are in any of your classes, and your super scared you might make a HUGE fool of yourself.

The scariest thing about going back to school is knowing that you are going to a whole different grade! yes, its exciting but when you really think about it going to a higher grade doesn't just mean your not the babies anymore, it also means that you get more homework thats also harder, you can't be sure that you will have your bff's to support you because they could be in a different class and you have new teachers that can be stricter and scarier, but dont get me wrong teachers can be nice too :)

well the thing that makes me nervous about the first day of school is about losing a great connection with all of my good friends because im going to a new school with all of our school districts put together an my old school so more people more changes of losing thing them but i gotta try to keep up with them

Well, I'm going into high school this year. Last year, I was so used to a small middle school with two floors and four staircases. Now, I have to get used to 6 staircases per floor & Three Floors! I was late to second period last year all the time! Now, I'll be late for every class!

My school used to have 1 sixth grade. We, a few years ago, just got a brand new room for a second sixth grade. But when I was in fifth (last year), one of our sixth grade teachers got layed off, she was in her 20's so she definately wasn't retiring!
