While I was at school one day, I was experiencing a lot of difficulty with my stomach. It was grumbling loudly and caused my to go to the bathroom really often. It was interfering with my school day so I decided to text my mother to let her know that I needed her to pick me up. Less than twenty minutes later the main office secretary paged my class. "Please send Marissa to the main office with her things. Her mother is here." I quickly grabbed all my things but before I could dash out of the room any faster, I realized that the secretary hadn't hung up the announcement phone. To my horror I, and unfortunately the entire class, heard my mother say "she's complaining about having diarrhea. I better take her to the doctor". I was totally mortified!
