We just found out amazing news! As everyone knows, Nick has diabetes. But now he's giving other kids and teens who also have diabetes the chance to meet him! All you need to do is enter the Bayer "Express Your Simple Win Creativity Contest" by creating a video about living with diabetes and sending it to www.NicksSimpleWins.com.
"With this contest, I hope people are inspired by others' entries, as well as encouraged to submit and share their own, but most of all, I hope that everyone has fun with it," Nick spills. "Diabetes can be hard to live with, but when you manage it well, you can still do the things you love most in the world."
