Tonight, Miley Cyrus: An E! Entertainment Special is on! Yay! And guess what? The special features interviews from Miley, plus all of her close friends and fam. Psst! We watched a sneak preview and her BFF Mandy and Mi's mom, Tish, opens up about Miley's break-up with Nick and how difficult it was for Mi to deal with. Wowza, we can't wait to tune in!
