Hey M Girls!

I just spent the entire morning with True Jackson, VP star Keke Palmer and I couldn't wait to come back here and spill how it went! Keke was so sweet and SO much fun -- i felt like i was hanging out with one of my BFFs!

Here's how our morning went:

First, M Editor Sarah and I met Keke bright and early at Sephora in NYC (Psst! It's one of Keke's fave stores to buy makeup!). She showed us her fave products and spilled her beauty secrets to us, like the fact that she can't "go a day without lip gloss or mascara!"

Then, we headed over to her hotel to take more pictures and learn her style secrets! Since I totally love True's style on the show, I had to ask Keke if she's as much into fashion as True. Turns out, she is! "I'm a lot like True when it comes to fashion," Keke dishes. "The show made me appreciate fashion more -- I love purses and scarves!" And what's her summer style must-have? "Pretty summer dresses and gladiator sandals!," she dishes to us.

After our talk, Keke caught up on some homework (she was studying for a biology test!) and gave us a peak into her purse! Besides spending time on the beach this summer, Keke's also looking forward to writing and recording her next CD! She spills that the single should be out this summer and she's "so excited" to start singing again! We can't wait to hear!
