"In my English class, we were given an oral presentation that would be worth a lot to our final grade for the year. I wanted to get a really good grade, so I worked extra hard on it to make sure it would be something to impress my teacher, my class, and especially my crush. The day finally came for our presentations and my stomach felt weird. I brushed it off as nervous butterflies and volunteered to go first. In the beginning, everything was going so well and I had the class's complete attention. Now I wish I hadn't had all their attention because when I turned around to demonstrate something on the board, I heard someone shriek "Ew! She's bleeding!"
