M Guest Blogger Jennette's Second Blog!

Hi everyone! As promised, here's the rest of guest blogger Jennette's entry! (Psst! If you missed her first blog, read it here!) Don't forget to watch the season premiere of iCarly this Saturday night at 9 pm ET on Nickelodeon! xoxo, Kim

Anyways, where was I? Oh yes! This whole night of Nickelodeon insanity is hosted by the iCarly cast with help from Olympic gold medalist Natalie Coughlin. I filmed all of the hosting segments for the Worldwide Day of Play on Saturday, September 6th, so let me tell you about that fun, fun, fun day of play!

First up was miniature golfing with Natalie Coughlin. When I met her, she was so nice and a little tomboy-ish like Sam! She was very cool and she even let me hold her Olympic medals - all SIX of them! - from the 2008 games in Beijing. Then, we played some basketball and did some running with Natalie. Sadly, she had to leave early to go do other press stuff!

But the fun doesn't stop there! Miranda and I were gonna do some double dutching, but silly Jerry and Nathan couldn't figure out how to swing the ropes! Haha! We ended up just doing regular jump roping, but that was still great. We played a little soccer for some of the segments and Jerry was pretty darn good! He told us kids that he used to be a pro soccer player, but somehow I didn't entirely believe him. Hahaha.

We did a few volleyball matches as well, and those were interesting. I'd never played volleyball before and I kept hitting the ball over these random bushes! Whoops!

I hopped around on a pogo-stick for a while, which was loads of fun! It brought me back to the good ole days when I used to pogo-stick on the sidewalk in my front yard...I'm gonna have to start doing that again!

Next up: shuffleboard. I play ice hockey once in a while (whenever I have time) and I found shuffleboard to be sorta similar to scrimmaging, so I had fun with that!

I ended the day with a few quick promo shots...nice and easy compared to all that running and jumping around! But let me tell you, that physical activity is great! I hope you all watch me and the rest of the iCarly cast as we host the Worldwide Day of Play, because I'm sure you'll get some good ideas for activities you can do with your friends! I'm sure you'll also see that you don't have to be great at everything you try - as we all made fools of ourselves at some point or another! - as long as you get out there and PLAY!

But seriously - don't forget to watch iCarly. Haha.

Let's just play!
