Hey M readers!
Jennette here! So, as many of you may know, Nickelodeon's annual Worldwide Day of Play is coming up on September 27th! If you're wondering what in the world the Worldwide Day of Play is, it is the day that the folks at Nickelodeon encourage you to go out in the daytime and play, play, play! In fact, Nickelodeon is so supportive of physical activity for young people that they are not airing any shows on their channel from noon until 3:00pm on the Worldwide Day of Play. Hopefully the fact that there will be - oh no, brace yourself! - no Nickelodeon to watch for three hours will motivate you guys to head outside and play with your friends!
But I'm warning you now........don't stay outside for too long. Why?! Cuz Nickelodeon's coming BACK ON THE AIR at 3pm on September 27th with a Nick night that's SO HUGE you won't want to miss it! There's a SpongeBob SquarePants and an iCarly marathon followed by the finale of My Family's Got Guts AND the SEASON PREMIERE of iCarly, an episode called "iSaw Him First" in which Carly and Sam both have a crush on the same guy - which leads to some sticky, funny situations. That's right! New episodes are coming!!!!!!! My favorites of the second season thus far are iGo To Japan, which is the FIRST EVER iCarly TV movie (!), iOwe You (where Sam gets a job at a place called Chili My Bowl), iGive Away a Car (with the one and only Nevel, played by my great friend Reed Alexander!), and iMeet Fred (an episode where the iCarly gang gets to meet Internet sensation Lucas Cruikshank - better known as FRED. I've been what I like to call a Fred Freak for quite some time now, so when I heard Fred was coming on iCarly, I freaked out. After a week of shooting the episode, I was so sad it was over! Lucas was one of the nicest people I'd ever met! He was so real, genuine, and down-to-earth. Rock on Lucas!)
